So now that I am officially a Mac user, I thought I would share this holiday greeting with all of you…. (By the way, notice the larger image. I finally figured out how to have bigger images on my blog)

Last month I decided I need to read more business books to help further enrich and grow my business. The first book I decided to read was “Love is the Killer App” by Tim Sanders. This book was a great one to start with because it talked all about how we can be ‘Love Cats’ by being helpful, loving, nice people and investing our time, love and knowledge in others. Some of this I do already, but it gave me a lot to chew on and tons of new ideas that I plan to incorporate in my day to day life. It is definitely a ‘must read.’
Today is my husband’s birthday, but we celebrated last night. A bunch of us went down to the new Tempe Marketplace to check it out. We were not the only ones with this idea…the place was packed! Most restaurants had and 1.5 hour wait! We ended up at California Pizza Kitchen and then headed over to Dave & Buster’s to play a TON of games. All in all, it was a really fun evening.

A friend sent me a link a couple days ago to this website. Be forewarned. It is really addicting! Free Rice is a program aimed toward ending world hunger. Basically, it is a vocabulary game (analogies like on the SAT). For every question you get right, they donate 10 grains of rice through the United Nations to help end hunger. So you challenge your brain and help the world. Have fun!
Last night was my son’s very first Halloween. Evan was a skeleton, and I am glad I picked a costume that did not restrict his movement at all. He was fascinated by the pumpkin we bought and was studying it very intently. We went to an infant Halloween party at a friend’s house that evening. No trick-or-treating for us this time!

Last weekend I photographed Jen & Matt’s wedding at the Wright House. Matt and Jen were my neighbors for a while, which is how we met. The weather was perfect on their wedding day (cool for a change), and Jen’s dress was gorgeous!
